"Avoid This Product"
The television quit functioning after just two years... can't upgrade the software since it’s not operational... I purchased a Hitachi and got a USB stick with a software update in case of issues... can Finlux provide something similar? Definitely not.

"LED Backlights Often Fail Within 1-2 Years"
Finlux is the name for TVs made by Vestel, and sadly, from what I've seen, they usually break down right after 1-2 years. I've owned two, and both experienced LED backlight issues around the two-year point. This results in a black screen, although the sound still works. One of them was even labeled as a JVC TV. I've learned my lesson: no more cheap TVs for me! My friends' TVs seem to hold up for many more years!

"Disappointed with 32” TV Quality"
I purchased a 32” TV and honestly, the quality just doesn’t match the price. Other brands out there offer much better TVs for less cash. To make matters worse, the audio socket on the back broke after just two weeks. When I reached out to the manufacturer, they claimed it was due to misuse and refused to fix or replace it. Now, I’m stuck using glue and tape to keep it together. I wouldn’t suggest this brand to anyone.

"You'll Regret Choosing Finlux Eventually"
If I had the option, I would rate this a big fat zero. The sound quality is horrendous, reminiscent of an ancient transistor radio. The image is decent but nothing to write home about. The construction is just plain terrible. I purchased mine under two years ago, and the pixels are already starting to fail. I reached out to Finlux, but they were completely unhelpful. There are way better options available for a similar price, so steer clear of Finlux! If you want to feel secure about your audio/visual purchases, check out Richer Sounds. They offer a complimentary 6-year parts and labor warranty and only stock quality products!

"Terrible Audio and Poor Sound Menu Options"
Finlux is a decent television, but connecting it is a real hassle - I can’t silence the TV speakers unless I lower the volume on the TV itself, which messes up my ability to adjust the soundbar with my remote. I’ve selected external speakers as my choice, yet the TV speakers keep trying to butt in. So, if you're considering a big TV purchase, you might be shortchanging yourself if you’re after quality sound and minimal remotes.

"Cheap TVs Cost More in the End"
You really get what you pay for. I picked up a 4k Finflix TV on the cheap since my old one broke down. Fast forward three years, and I've got major screen burn. I’ve used it daily, but I’ve had TVs before that lasted at least seven years without showing any signs of wear. The speakers are pretty poor quality, and while that’s not a total deal breaker, I ended up needing to buy a sound bar because the sound was just awful. Honestly, I’d recommend saving an extra 100 quid to grab a Samsung or LG. They’ll last you twice as long, and in the long haul, it’ll be cheaper since you won’t have to buy two TVs. The smart features on this TV are slow and laggy. YouTube, for some odd reason, shows videos in a tiny box. Even the remote didn’t hold up; the battery holder keeps popping off. Seriously, don’t go for the cheap option. I regret it now since I’m stuck with this TV and don’t have the cash for a new one. If only I had spent a little more when I had the funds.

"Purchased a 32-inch Smart TV for my son..."
I got the 32-inch smart TV for my son as a Christmas gift. We set it up, but it just wouldn’t connect to the internet or do anything! I called customer service and followed their reset instructions, but it still didn’t work. When I called again, I spent 45 minutes on the line, only for the guy to tell me the TV just doesn’t want to connect! My son was so excited to have a TV for Christmas, and now he can’t even use it! It feels like money down the drain for a single parent trying to make their kid happy, which clearly didn’t pan out. I’m really not pleased at all.

"No more Finlux for me"
I wouldn't go for a Finlux again. We got our TV three years back, and now it’s totally kaput, won’t turn on at all. It was just a backup TV for the spare room, so it hardly got any use. Honestly, I don’t think a TV should give out after just three years; that’s pretty disappointing.

"Purchased a 50" Television in November 2015"
I got myself a 50" television back in November 2015. It hasn’t been used every day or anything like that. Recently, a shadow popped up in the top right corner. I snapped a pic and sent it over to Finlux. They told me it was a backlight issue (an independent TV technician confirmed it was the LEDs) and said it wasn’t worth fixing. Since it was out of warranty, they couldn’t do anything. I mentioned the Consumer Rights Act 2015, arguing that a £388 TV should last longer than 2.5 years with minimal use. Their response was, "If this is how you feel and you wish to invoke your consumer rights then it is not taken up with us please get in contact with small claims if you wish to pursue further as we as a company have offered everything we can do for you," which basically meant, "we're not interested." This has been the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had.

"After two years, it's toast!"
This TV is totally useless! I bought it hoping to enjoy fast-moving videos, but it just couldn't keep up and the picture kept jumping around. I even got a replacement, but now, after just two years, it's completely shot!
It looks nice, but honestly, it's the worst quality TV I've ever had! I paid a hefty price for only two years of use!

"Owned a TV for 3 Years"
I had a television for three years, barely used it, and now it’s broken. I used to sing the praises of Finlux, but they’re not offering any assistance, and the cost of the engineer is outrageous (nearly the same as the price of the TV). They’re gonna end up with a bad reputation at this rate.
"Top-notch support from Ryan!"
Our Finlux television had an issue with the DVD player. I reached out to the Finlux support crew and got connected with Ryan. I must say, Ryan handled everything super efficiently. If the rest of the repair process goes as smoothly, I’ll be even happier with Finlux.

"Issue with my television."
I've had my television for just 4 months, and it's already got a problem. I reached out to Finlux through live chat, and Becky got back to me right away. She was super helpful, and I'm optimistic that once I get the email update, everything will be sorted out. Great service today!

"Customer Service Helped Me Quickly"
I reached out via live chat to get some help from customer service, and I got a super quick response to my issue from a really nice and supportive advisor named Kasey. I was thrilled that I didn’t have to waste cash and time on a phone call! Big thanks, much appreciated. Tia

"Fantastic in every way"
I purchased an amazing television from Finlux, but sadly, there was an issue. I hopped onto the live chat feature on their site, and 'Becky' was super helpful in resolving the problem. I would totally suggest them. The customer service is top-notch, and the products are just outstanding. Excellent value for money!
